Awareness Rally on the occassion of World Water Day

The proposed Awareness Rally on the occasion of World Water Day, scheduled for 23rd March 2026, is an initiative aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of water conservation and sustainable water management practices among the community. The event is being organized under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) in collaboration with the Vasundhara Club, Department of Environmental Science, NSS, and SOEC.

Water, being one of the most essential natural resources for life, is increasingly under threat due to overuse, pollution, and mismanagement. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, this rally seeks to highlight the importance of preserving water resources and promoting responsible usage among individuals and communities.

The rally will actively involve students, faculty members, and NSS volunteers, creating a collaborative and participatory environment. Participants will engage in awareness activities such as slogan chanting, displaying banners, and interacting with the public to spread key messages related to water conservation. The rally will take place within the college campus and extend to nearby localities, ensuring broader outreach and impact.
