Awareness Talk on Social Internship Opportunities under NEP 2020 by VALL India.

An Awareness Talk on Social Internship Opportunities under the National Education Policy 2020 will be organized on 27th February 2026 in collaboration with VALL India. The session aims to provide students with comprehensive information about the significance of social internships as envisioned under NEP 2020 and how such experiential learning opportunities contribute to holistic education and nation-building.

The talk will focus on creating awareness among students about community engagement, social responsibility, and field-based learning. Representatives from VALL India will guide students on available internship opportunities in areas such as rural development, environmental sustainability, education outreach, public health awareness, and social entrepreneurship. The speakers will also explain the structure, duration, eligibility criteria, and application process for participating in these internships.

Under NEP 2020, experiential learning and community service are strongly encouraged to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical exposure. This session will help students understand how social internships can enhance their professional skills, leadership qualities, teamwork, communication abilities, and problem-solving mindset while contributing meaningfully to society.
