The Cloud Native Community Group (CNCG) Dehradun, an official initiative under the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) and The Linux Foundation, is hosting an on-campus meetup at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University (DBUU). This initiative is dedicated to fostering collaboration, learning, and innovation in the field of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, containers, DevOps, microservices, and distributed systems.
Over the past few months, CNCG Dehradun has successfully conducted several online sessions, attracting over 400 student participants and featuring industry leaders and community experts. These virtual engagements have been highly impactful and well-received. Now, for the very first time, CNCG Dehradun is bringing this momentum to an in-person platform, creating an exciting opportunity for students and professionals in Dehradun to connect face-to-face.
The event will include expert-led talks, hands-on interactive sessions, and networking opportunities, allowing participants to gain valuable insights into emerging technologies and their practical applications. Students of DBUU will particularly benefit from exposure to real-world case studies, career guidance, and industry best practices, equipping them with skills that are highly sought after in the global job market.
Beyond technical knowledge, the meetup will act as a bridge between academia and industry, strengthening DBUU’s role in advancing open-source technology discussions at both national and international levels. By hosting this seminar, DBUU reinforces its commitment to preparing students for the future of technology while also establishing its presence within the global cloud-native ecosystem.
AIM of the Event:
- To introduce students to cloud-native technologies and their role in modern computing.
