EXPERT TALK ON CYBER THREATENING AND SECURITY

Prof. Triveni Singh, former IPS officer and SP Cyber Crime, who is widely recognized as one of India’s leading cyber security experts. He has vast experience in handling cyber crime investigations and spreading awareness regarding digital security and cyber threats. Widely recognized as one of India’s pioneering cybercrime investigators, he has made significant contributions to combating technology-enabled crimes and strengthening cyber security awareness across the country. With more than 25 years of experience in policing, cybercrime investigation, and digital forensics, Prof. Singh has handled numerous high-profile cases involving financial fraud, online scams, identity theft, and organized cybercriminal networks.

In the present digital era, cyber crimes such as online fraud, identity theft, phishing, data breaches, and social media misuse are increasing rapidly. Young students and professionals are particularly vulnerable to such threats due to their high engagement with digital platforms. In this scenario, an Expert Lecture for the students and faculty members of the university on the topic “Cyber Threatening and Security" is relevant for understanding cyber threats in digital era.
