About the Event
DBUU Smart Innovation Challenge 2026 – Road to SIH 2026: Innovate. Build. Solve. was organized to promote innovation, creativity, problem-solving, and technological entrepreneurship among students. The event served as a platform for students to identify real-world challenges and develop innovative, practical, and technology-driven solutions. It was designed to encourage young innovators to think beyond conventional approaches and transform their ideas into impactful prototypes and solutions.
As a preparatory initiative towards Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026, the challenge aimed to familiarize students with the process of problem identification, idea generation, solution development, teamwork, and presentation of innovative concepts. Participants were encouraged to work collaboratively in teams and develop solutions addressing challenges related to society, industry, technology, sustainability, healthcare, education, agriculture, and other relevant domains.
The event provided an opportunity for students to showcase their technical knowledge, creativity, research aptitude, and entrepreneurial skills.
