FIZZ BATTLE Season-2

The Department of Hotel Management organized an engaging and skill-based Mocktail Competition with the objective of enhancing students’ creativity, innovation, and presentation techniques in the field of beverage preparation. The event served as an excellent platform for aspiring hospitality professionals to demonstrate their mixology skills by crafting refreshing, non-alcoholic beverages using a variety of ingredients, flavors, and garnishing techniques.

Students participated with great enthusiasm, presenting unique mocktails based on diverse themes such as tropical blends, seasonal fruits, health boosters, and fusion flavors. Each participant showcased their ability to balance taste, aroma, and visual appeal while maintaining hygiene and professionalism. The competition emphasized the importance of creativity, sustainability, and responsible beverage preparation within the hospitality industry.

Judges evaluated the participants on the basis of innovation, taste, presentation, hygiene, and naming creativity. The event not only provided hands-on learning but also instilled confidence and teamwork among students. It encouraged them to think beyond conventional recipes and explore new possibilities in beverage service. The Mocktail Competition concluded successfully, leaving both participants and audience inspired by the refreshing ideas and professional flair displayed throughout the event.
