Hands-on Bioinformatics Workshop for Genomic analysis 2.0

This workshop is meant to impart knowledge to students on the most import skill which is required in this era for any scientific worker. The workshop is designed in such a way that the students gets the confidence to use computer programs for the daily design of experiments, data collection, and analysis of results. The workshop is designed in such a way so that students/learner from different field can start from scratch and gain basic abilities to handle the genomic data sets

AIM of the Event:

Students studying this workshop will be able to perform the data analysis using the bioinformatics tools that are freely available online as well the programs for big and complex data.
They will be able to handle high throughput genomic data.
They will be able to understand the maintenance of computers, server and big data files. This workshop will make them suitably knowledgeable to undertake the opportunities and challenges of Big data analysis in the, scientific academies, space agencies, forest surveys, funding agencies etc.
