Health Awareness and Medical Equipment Demonstration Camp was organized to encourage freshers to adopt a health-conscious lifestyle from the very beginning of their academic journey. The 

camp served as a platform for students to gain both awareness and practical knowledge about preventive healthcare and the use of basic medical equipment. 

Students will be introduced to essential medical tools such as digital thermometers, blood pressure monitors, glucometers, pulse oximeters, and first-aid kits.

Through live demonstrations and hands-on practice, they learned how to record vital health parameters like pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and blood sugar levels. The sessions also emphasized the importance of first-aid measures and early health monitoring in preventing major complications. 

Medical professionals and faculty guided the students, highlighting the role of a balanced diet, exercise, and stress management in maintaining overall well-being.
