Ideathon

The proposed event, “Ideathon – A Startup Pitching Challenge,” is envisioned as a flagship initiative aimed at nurturing innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial mindset among students. This dynamic platform will provide participants with an opportunity to ideate, develop, and present innovative startup concepts that address real-world challenges across various domains.“Ideathon” is designed as a comprehensive idea-to-execution journey where students will not only generate unique business ideas but also refine them into scalable and sustainable startup models.

The event will encourage participants to think critically, identify gaps in existing systems, and propose practical, technology-driven, or socially impactful solutions. Through this process, students will enhance their problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, teamwork, and presentation skills.The event will be conducted in multiple stages, including idea submission, shortlisting, mentoring sessions, and final pitching rounds before a panel of industry experts, academicians, and startup mentors. Participants will receive guidance on business model development, market analysis, financial planning, and pitch delivery, ensuring their ideas are aligned with industry expectations.“Ideathon” will serve as a bridge between academic learning and real-world application by exposing students to the startup ecosystem and current market trends. It will also create opportunities for networking, collaboration, and potential incubation support for promising ideas.

Additionally, the event aims to identify and showcase talented individuals who possess the potential to contribute to the entrepreneurial landscape at a national level.Overall, this initiative will not only promote innovation on campus but also empower students with the confidence and skills required to transform their ideas into impactful ventures, thereby contributing to the broader vision of fostering entrepreneurship and self-reliance among youth
