Interactive Session on Career Readiness & Professional Success

The School of Management and Commerce is organizing an interactive session on “Career Readiness & Professional Success” for the MBA students of the passing-out batch. The session will be conducted by the Hon’ble Vice President of the University with the objective of preparing students for a successful transition from academic life to the professional world.The session will focus on the key competencies, professional attitudes and career-oriented skills required to succeed in today’s competitive business environment. MBA students are expected to possess not only strong academic knowledge but also effective communication, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability and professional etiquette. The interaction will provide students with valuable insights into the expectations of employers and the competencies required to build a sustainable and successful career.Special emphasis will be given to career planning, employability skills, interview readiness, workplace professionalism, leadership, communication skills and continuous learning. Students will also be encouraged to understand the importance of setting clear career goals, identifying their strengths and areas of improvement, and developing a growth-oriented mindset.The session will provide an opportunity for students to directly interact with the Hon’ble Vice President, seek guidance regarding their career aspirations and understand the importance of professional conduct and responsible leadership. The interaction is expected to motivate students and provide them with practical direction as they prepare for placements and their upcoming professional careers.
