Limca Book of Records ia an annual reference book
published in india documenting world records held by Indians. In this event School of Hotel Management & Tourism preparing a record of 1500 dishes in 240 minutes, The purpose of the event is to attract the hospitality aspirants towards the hospitality programme and create credibility of the department among the students and set the benchmark.
