Management Bazaar

The Management Bazaar Activity is an exciting and innovative platform designed specifically for management students to showcase their managerial and entrepreneurial talents in a practical, real-world setting. This event aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on business experience by encouraging students to plan, organize, and execute their own mini-business ventures within a controlled environment.

Participants will be required to work in teams, simulating a real business setup where they will take responsibility for various managerial roles such as marketing, finance, operations, and customer service. Each team will conceptualize a business idea, develop a business model, and set up a stall to sell products or services during the event. The focus will be on creativity, resourcefulness, teamwork, and effective communication—core skills every successful manager must possess.

The Management Bazaar not only promotes the spirit of entrepreneurship among students but also challenges them to apply classroom learning in a dynamic and competitive environment. It helps in nurturing leadership, decision-making, budgeting, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Judges will evaluate the teams based on criteria such as innovation, presentation, customer engagement, teamwork, profitability, and sustainability of the business idea. The event also provides an opportunity for students to receive valuable feedback from industry experts, faculty members, and peers.

Through this activity, students gain confidence, develop a business mindset, and understand the challenges and excitement of running a business. It is a celebration of creativity, strategy, and business acumen, making it a truly enriching experience for all aspiring managers and entrepreneurs.
