The School of Management and Commerce is organizing “Management Maze”, a two-day competitive event scheduled to be held on 11th and 12th February. The event is designed to provide students with an experiential learning platform where they can apply management theories to practical and real-world business scenarios. Management Maze aims to enhance analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, leadership skills, and teamwork among students in an engaging and competitive environment.
The competition will be conducted over multiple rounds spread across two days, each round focusing on different functional areas of management such as planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling, and strategic management. Participants will face challenges in the form of quizzes, case studies, situational problems, logical puzzles, and team-based tasks that test both individual competence and collaborative skills. The structured format of the event encourages quick thinking, adaptability, and effective communication under time-bound conditions.
Students from various programs of the School of Management and Commerce will actively participate, bringing together diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. The event also provides an opportunity for students to showcase their problem-solving skills and managerial aptitude beyond the traditional classroom setting. Faculty members will act as coordinators and evaluators to ensure smooth execution and fair assessment throughout the event.
Overall, Management Maze is expected to be a meaningful academic and co-curricular initiative that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. By fostering healthy competition and experiential learning over the two days, the event will contribute significantly to the holistic development of students and align with the institution’s objective of nurturing competent and industry-ready management professionals.
