MANTHAN 2026 is a comprehensive pre-placement training and skill enhancement initiative designed to equip students with the technical knowledge, practical competencies, and professional skills required to excel in campus recruitment processes and build successful careers in the industry. The primary objective of this program is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by providing students with structured, outcome-oriented training that focuses on strengthening their technical foundation, improving problem-solving abilities, and enhancing their overall employability. As part of this initiative, it is proposed to engage an experienced Technical Trainer who possesses relevant industry expertise and training experience to conduct well-structured, interactive, and hands-on technical sessions. The training will cover core technical concepts, programming fundamentals, data structures and algorithms, aptitude-based problem solving, logical reasoning, coding practices, debugging techniques, database management, object-oriented programming, emerging technologies, and other industry-relevant topics aligned with the requirements of leading recruiters. In addition to technical instruction, the sessions will incorporate coding assessments, mock tests, practice exercises, live demonstrations, project-based learning, and interview-oriented problem-solving activities to enable students to apply theoretical concepts in practical scenarios. The trainer will also provide guidance on coding interview strategies, resume-based technical discussions, and best practices followed in software development and IT industries. Through continuous evaluation, performance tracking, and personalized feedback, MANTHAN 2026 aims to identify learning gaps and ensure measurable improvement in students' technical proficiency. This initiative is expected to significantly enhance students' confidence, analytical thinking, efficiency, and readiness for technical interviews, thereby improving their overall performance in campus placement drives and increasing the university's placement success rate.
