SciVision: Ideas, Models and Demonstration

The event titled “SciVision: Ideas, Models and Demonstration” is being organized by the School of Allied Sciences, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). This one-day academic event is designed around the theme “Sustainable Living and Technological Innovation in Allied Sciences.” SciVision aims to provide a dynamic and interdisciplinary platform where students can explore, present, and demonstrate innovative solutions addressing contemporary global challenges. The event will include three major activities: a Poster Making Competition on “Redefining Sciences through Technology,” a Model Making Competition focused on “Smart Waste Management,” and an Oral Presentation Competition on “Next-Gen Allied Sciences through Artificial Intelligence.” Through these activities, participants will showcase creative ideas, working prototypes, and research-oriented concepts aligned with sustainability, resource efficiency, renewable energy, green technologies, and responsible consumption.

The event emphasizes experiential learning by encouraging students to translate theoretical knowledge into practical applications. By integrating sustainability with technological advancements such as artificial intelligence and smart systems, SciVision promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. It also fosters collaboration across departments within the School of Allied Sciences, encouraging interdisciplinary participation and knowledge exchange.

In addition to academic enrichment, the event will recognize excellence and innovation by awarding gold, silver, and bronze medals, along with certificates for winners and participation certificates for all attendees. With a nominal registration fee and inclusive participation policy, SciVision ensures accessibility and active engagement of students from diverse academic backgrounds.
