School of Allied Sciences at DBUU is celebrating millet year, cooking competition on 5th May, with the aim to spread the knowledge about types of millet, and the popular and ancient receipes. Also, it will inculcate in the youth the importance of millet for healthy lifestyle.

AIM of the Event:

The cooking competition has been organized with aim to spread awareness about the lost recipes of our country using millet. It aims to aware and inculcate millet-based healthy dietary habits in young minds and working people. The competition aims to encourage canteens of various workplaces and college campuses to create an environment of millet-based healthy food service and to engage, excite and enable people about the benefits of Millet.
