About Event-
A two-day Faculty Development Program jointly between Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun and Shiksha Sanskriti Uthan Nyas, New Delhi under the Bhartiya Gyan Parampara – Centre of Excellence on “New Education Policy 2020”. Focus of the workshop will be on the aspects of Bhartiya Gyan Parampara and Bhartiya Sanskriti. It is a regional Faculty Developemnt Program and will see participation of faculty from across the state of Uttarakhand.

Highlights of Events- The aim of a Faculty Development Program (FDP) workshop on the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) is to enhance faculty awareness and understanding of India's rich heritage, integrate IKS into curricula, and encourage related research. The program aims to preserve and disseminate traditional knowledge, improve pedagogical skills, and foster collaboration with IKS experts. By promoting critical engagement and contemporary application of IKS, the workshop seeks to enrich the academic environment, promote cultural understanding, and contribute to the intellectual growth of faculty and students.
