Celebrating OZONE DAY at our University will not only raise awareness about the critical importance of protecting the ozone layer but also reinforce our commitment to environmental stewardship. Through this initiative, we aim to educate, inspire, and empower our community to take meaningful actions in preserving our planet for future generations. We are confident that OZONE DAY CELEBRATION will be an intellectually stimulating and enriching experience that aligns seamlessly with Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation. Approval for administrative and financial sanction of Rs. 1500/- is kindly requested for organizing the aforementioned event.

For students outside Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Last date to submit your entry: 15th September 2024. Students are required to bring the colours and stones for the stone painting competition and ppt in pendrive for PowerPoint presentation.
- Time given for PowerPoint presentation is 5 minutes for each student.

- Debate Competition (Theme: Is Protecting the Ozone Layer a Model for Climate Change Action?)
- Stone painting Competition (Theme1: "Protect the Ozone, Protect Life" Theme2: "Ozone Layer: Our Earth’s Guardian" Theme3: "Global Unity for a Blue Sky")
The winners and two runnerups will be felicitated with the certificates and prize.

- The event is also aimed to encourage active participation of the students through educational and creative activities.
