Sexual harassment in workplaces remains a pressing issue, and understanding the laws surrounding it is crucial for ensuring a secure and inclusive environment. This expert talk will cover essential legal provisions, including the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013. The discussion will delve into the key components of the Act, such as the definition of sexual harassment, the role of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), complaint filing procedures, and the penalties for non-compliance.
