The School of Pharmacy & Research, in association with the National Service Scheme (NSS), is organizing an Earth Day Celebration on 22nd April 2025, based on the global theme “Our Power, Our Planet”. This event is being conducted as part of a Student Club Activity to foster active engagement and leadership among students while promoting environmental responsibility. The celebration aims to raise awareness about environmental conservation and encourage sustainable practices within the university campus. It will run from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM and include fun, educational, and hands-on activities that empower students to think creatively and act responsibly for the planet.Planned activities include a Best Out of Waste Competition, a Campus Cleaning Drive, a creative Eco-Themed Selfie Stand, and a Reel Challenge where students will showcase eco-friendly ideas through short videos. These activities are designed to spark interest in sustainability and environmental stewardship through student-led initiatives.The event not only celebrates Earth Day but also promotes student collaboration, creativity, and community service—aligning with the mission of the university to nurture responsible and environmentally conscious citizens.
