About the Event

Electronics and communication department/electrical engineering department is going to organize industrial visit at Defence electronics and application laboratory dehradun on 13 october 2026 .DEAL is basically works on the principle of electronics and communication, like software designing of pcb ,antenna,microwave and millimeter wave communication.
The visit gave us an opportunity to learn about the work carried out in the field of defence electronics and advanced technology. We visited different sections of the laboratory and learned how modern electronic systems are designed, developed, and tested for defence applications.During the visit, experts explained various technologies and their practical uses.
We also learned about the importance of research, innovation, teamwork, and precision in developing reliable defence equipment. The visit helped us understand how the concepts we study in classrooms are applied in real-life situations.We were able to observe various types of equipment and gain knowledge about the role of electronics and technology in national security.
Overall, the educational visit to DEAL, Dehradun, was a valuable learning experience. It increased our interest in science, engineering, and research.
