Theme- Idea Pitching and Panel Discussion

UDHYAM – Founders’ Panel & Student Startup Pitch Fest is a one-day inter-university startup and innovation event organized by Dev Bhoomi Innovation Incubation Foundation (DBIIF), Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University. The event is designed to provide an engaging platform for aspiring entrepreneurs, student innovators, and startup enthusiasts to learn, connect, and showcase their entrepreneurial ideas.The event will begin with a moderated panel discussion featuring 3–4 young, early-stage startup founders who will share their real-life entrepreneurial journeys, challenges, experiences, failures, and learning. The session aims to provide students with practical and first-hand insights into the startup ecosystem and demonstrate that successful entrepreneurial journeys can begin with small ideas and consistent efforts.The second segment of the event will feature an Inter-University Student Startup Idea-Pitching Competition, where university students will present their innovative business ideas before a panel of judges. The competition will encourage students to transform classroom learning and innovative concepts into structured startup pitches, with a special focus on solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).UDHYAM will bring together students from different universities and institutions, creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, mentorship, and industry interaction. The event is expected to witness participation of approximately 200 students, with teams comprising 3–4 members.Through this initiative, UDHYAM aims to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset, identify promising student-led ideas, create a pipeline of potential startups, and strengthen the institution’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. The event will also facilitate future opportunities for incubation support, mentorship, seed grants, hackathons, internships, and industry linkages
