a) This is a workshop on Advanced Use of LinkedIn – a professional networking platform. The workshop includes hands-on exercises, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations to ensure participants can apply what they learn effectively
b) There will be tips on how to prepare a professional profile that highlights skills, experiences and aspirations to attract potential employers and connections
c) This will explore how students can showcase their unique strengths, interests, and expertise through thoughtful content sharing and engagement. This will demonstrate how to research and follow companies of interest, so that students can understand organizational cultures and job opportunities.
d) The experts will show students how to effectively use LinkedIn’s job search features, saved searches, and job alerts to find relevant positions. Students will understand ways to identify and secure valuable internships, volunteer roles, and short-term projects.
e) This will explain how to connect with professionals, alumni, and peers to expand their network and gain insights into various industries. How to use LinkedIn to follow industry influencers, organizations, and groups for staying updated on trends and news.
